This is our standard billing service offered at a flat rate depending upon practice size and complexity.

Service Rates:
Solo providers: $475-$875/mo
Small groups (2-3 providers): $700-$1,450/mo
Medium groups (4-6 providers): $1,200-$2,625/mo
Large groups (7-10 providers): Please inquire

This is our billing service tailored to new practices that are just getting started. Services are offered at a special entry level rate that is set to match your claim volume. As your practice grows and claim volume increases, the rate for billing services increases to match until you hit our standard rate level.

Entry Levels:

Level 2: Small But Mighty
Level 3: Ready for Lift Off

Rates depend upon size/complexity of practice and start at $150 for Solo Providers and $225 for Small Groups. Medium/Large Group entry rates available upon request.

Got a full-time job with health benefits but still want to practice therapy? Have fewer than 50 claims in a month and sick of submitting them yourself through a wide variety of portals? We’ve got a plan for that.

We will submit and track your claims through our clearinghouse. We’ll notify you the patient responsibility for collection and manage any denials that come our way.

Rates start at $75/mo for solo providers.
